Registration - How do I enter a team? - (Junior and youth u7-u16)

A junior team organiser sets up their team via our registration portal via our registration page. The organiser has to first set up a verified account.

One adult/parent/guardian sets up an account as a non-playing organiser. Creates team, puts in their child's details selects registration product, uniform sizes, submits active kids voucher or discount voucher (if available) and pays for your child.

Team organiser returns to team page, obtains and emails team code/link to parents of players for their children to join team.

Parents of invited players have to set up own verified accounts then put in their child's details, products, uniform sizes, active kids or discount vouchers (if available) and pay.

The team code received from team organiser is used during the registration process after a verified account has been set up.

Adult registration - How do I enter a team?

One team organiser sets up a verified account on our registration portal yoursportspace

There are 2 registration/payment options for adult teams.

Option 1 (Individuals pay for themselves) Adult and u18 teams

Team organiser registers/pays for themselves then sends an invite link and joining code to they want to join his or her team.

Invited players set up their account, verify their accounts via the email sent to them, then use join code to bring up team, enter their details, upload a clear face photo, select the registration registration product and then pay.

Once a minimum of 8 players have registered the team is accepted into the competition.

This option to be used if teams want to select uniform product purchase

Option 2 (Organiser creates and pays for the whole team- only available to adult teams)

Team organiser registers/pays for the whole team upfront (options include 8 9 or 10 player whole teams).

The team organiser invites players into his/her team and sends an invite link and joining code for them to join his or her team.

Players set up and verify their accounts then use the join code/link to register.

When all the invited 8 9 or 10 players have joined and registered their details and uploaded their photo, the team is accepted into the competition.

Upfront payment of whole teams does not guarantee entry into competition. All allocated/invited players must be on our system.

You cannot use this method if you want to purchase Super 6 Soccer uniforms as an add on.

  • If we don't get the minimum number of single players to make up that team, the team will not be entered and refunds will be given
  • If other teams need extra players we will forward details of any single players- if they are accepted into that team they will need to reregister into that team

Category/Division selection & allocation

During the team registration process the team organiser has to choose a division.

We use this to allocate your team to the appropriate comp category  and division and to combine combine age/gender categories if required.

Choosing a division

Select the same division your current winter club team plays in. If your division is not available select the closest.

Team categorization

Teams will categorized based on previous comp performance and/or grading. We may re-categorize, if a team is under or over performing in the allocated category.

If team category numbers are low we may combine age and genders categories. Some examples:

  • u10 girls with u9 mixed
  • U11 girls with u10 boys.
  • u11 girls with u12 girls

Comp playing categories will only go ahead once we have a min of 4 teams.

Playing uniforms

Junior and youth teams get full quality uniform (shirt shorts and socks) to play in and keep. When registering you need to select sizes of shirt, shorts and socks. Size chart
