Registration- Steps in registering- read below if you are having any issues

But before you do ..... read below  

You need to create an account first, and your email has to be verified- to organise (create) a team, play or have your children play

To set up an account for yourself you need to submit your full legal name, date of birth, digital photo and email address (the email addresss will be used for communication updates)

You will  then get an email sent to you automatically to verify your email address - you need to click on the link in the email to verify- you will then be able to go into your account.

When entering your date of birth for your child please ensure it is correct and is the exactly the same as the birthdate on your childs active kids voucher- if theres a disrepency you cannot edit it. We are working to do an update to be able to edit this information

Another hint- make sure you pick a division do not leave this section blank as you will be prevented from completing your registration

If you are organsing either an adult team or junior team you need to pay for at least one player before you can proceed to get your code to invite others and for the team to be created.

 Junior teams 

Option 1 (Individuals pay for themselves)

  • One adult/Parent/Guardian sets up an account as a non- playing organiser. Creates team, puts in childs details, submits active kids voucher (if available) pays for your child.
  • Team organiser returns to team page, obtains team link and code - sends to other parents to join team.
  • The invited parents of junior kids seek to join team and team organiser approves.
  • Invited parents go back and select the registration product and put in active kids voucher (if available) then pay.
  • A junior team is registered and accepted into comp once the minimum requirement of 8 players have registered and paid (7 for u6/7 teams). A
  • All submitted active kids vouchers are non returnable or refundable if comps get cancelled. 

 

Adult teams

  • One adult sets up an account as either a non-playing organiser or organiser/player of the team. Team organiser sets up an account and creates team. There are 2 registration/payment options for adult teams.

Option 1 (Individuals pay for themselves)

  • Team organiser registers/pays for themselves then sends an invite link and joining code to they want to join his or her team. The invited adult players seek permission to join team. Team organiser approves. Those approved go back and select the registration product, then pay. Once a minimum of 8 players have registered the team is accepted into the competition.

Option 2 (Organiser creates and pays for the whole team- only available to adult teams)

  • Team organiser registers/pays for the whole team upfront (options include 8 9 or 10 player whole teams).
  • The team organiser still needs to invite players into his/her team and sends an invite link and joining code for them to join his or her team.
  • The invited adult players seek permission to join team team organiser approves. Those approved go back and select the registration product and complete their registration without paying.
  • Once a minimum of 8 9 or 10 players have joined and registered, the team is accepted into the competition. Upfront payment of whole teams does not guarantee entry into competition .
  • All adult particpants need to have an account and be listed in the team.
  • If teams have only 7 players they can pay upfront for a team of 8 and will be accepted.
  • If teams have more than 10 players any extra players can register as a single player and pay for themselves 

Oranisers can set up more than one team but need to log out and log back in to their accounts to set up new teams.  If you are a team organiser for a junior team you also  need to log out and come back in  to set up a a new team.

It is important you use their full legal name to be able to claim the Active Kids voucher.

You will receive an email to activate your account. You can log back with your created user name or email and password to start a team registration. If you dont see get the email - check your junk email. 

 

  When registering:  

  • Don't leave the rego page, you will lose your entries (try not to use back buttons or go back on your browser)
  • If you are an invited player use the link/code recieved to register,you can go directly to portal to register into a team

  • New Covid-19 Rulesand regulations apply
  • All players must be registered to play
  • Refunds will not be given if a player stops playing for whatever reason.
  • You cannot have another player take over a registration of a player who has decided to stop playing (ie if injured).
  • You can register additional players before the 4th round of games.
  • Super 6 Soccer has the final say if a team can or cannot participate in its competition.
  • Super 6 soccer can expel (without refund) any player or team on the spot at any time during the comeptition for any violent behaviour or non-conforming registration related issue relating to its team, members of team and its spectators. 
  • We can refund or return used active kids vouchers 

Single players that dont have a team can create an account and choose the play button and pay. We can then help create a team or find you a team.

12 Click on "Choose registration player" rectangle button- next to your players name
13 Click on the relevant registration that appears in the pop up box - "green select button"
14 Choose your players shirt shorts and socks sizes using the drop down menu
15 Click on yellow button "Save registration and pay"
16 Add in your child's active kids voucher (if its valid will reduce the fee) note the voucher is non returnable or refundable once submitted at this stage.
17 Click on the yellow button " Redeem vouchers and finalise payment"
18 Use the PayPal Checkout yellow button to pay- PayPal account or credit card.
19 Go to "My Teams "and in the invite section- click on "Action" button - select get join code drop down.
20 Copy team join link and email it to your parents to register their kids into team - note the link has the join code at the end of the link.
21 Parents register by seeking approval to join where the organiser gets an email and then approves the request to join.
22 Parents get notification and have to go back in and confirm details and pay -similar to the process above.  (except that they hit the "join" button)
23 If you can't find your player  go to my registrations and click on "finalise registration" against your child's name
24 Choose player registration button again
25 Select registration option- choose shirt, short and sock sizes
26 Hit save registration and pay yellow button
27 Add in your child's active kids voucher (if its valid will reduce the fee) note the voucher is non returnable or refundable once submitted at this stage.
28 Click on the yellow button " Redeem vouchers and finalise payment"
29 Use the PayPal Checkout yellow button to pay- PayPal account or credit card.
30 All payments will get a receipt of payment via email as well as receipt form PayPal
31 Once a minimum of 8 players are registered and paid your team is accepted into the competition. (7 players for under u6's and u7s)

25 Don’t add anything into the active kids voucher box (leave it empty)
26 Click on the yellow button " Redeem vouchers and finalise payment"
27 Use the PayPal Checkout yellow button to pay- PayPal account or credit card.
28 All payments will get a receipt of payment via email as well as receipt form PayPal
29 Once a minimum of 8 players are registered and paid your team is accepted into the competition.

18 Use the "PayPal Checkout" yellow button to pay- PayPal account or credit card.
19 Go to "My Teams "and in the invite section- click on "Action" button - select get join code drop down.

21 Your team mates register by seeking approval to join where the organiser gets an email and then approves the request to join.
22 Your team mates get email notification approval and have to go back in and confirm details but  don’t pay  -similar to the process above.  (except that they hit the "join" button)
23 When a team member is approved and they go back in to finalise details they need to select the  single registration option (it will have a fee but you will not pay this)
24 Your team organiser will see you have registered and you will need to pay the team organiser directly.
25 Teams paying a team fee are  accepted to competition once all invited players are approved and register their details

 

 

  • Team organisor sets up team, registers one player then sends link to rest of team to register and pay. Adult teams can pay for the whole team upfront and get a further discount based on the number of players paid.
  • Whole teams accepted (min of 8 players) 
  • U6 & u7  are 5 a side and play with small goals/no keeper and must register a min of 7 players 
  • Juniors – u6-9 (mixed) u10 -16 (boys and girls) (6 aside)
  • All teams may be graded up or down
  • Junior age categories may be combined
  • All junior levels welcome including academy teams
  • Adult comps include all age men and women, over 35 and over 45 men, over 30 women and all age mixed teams.
  • Adult mixed teams must register a min of 3 women and 2 must be on the field (not in goal).
  • Games go ahead if raining on synthetic fields, 1 additional round is scheduled on grass field spring and summer comps 
  • 2 extra rounds are added to make up for rain cancelled rounds in the autumn comps
  • Teams that need extra players to form a team of 8 players can display a messageon super 6 soccer facebook page
